Why should I hire a planner?

How much do your services cost?
Our services start at budget friendly rates and can be customized based on your needs. All package options are listed under the “Services” tab.​​
How far in advance should I book a planner/coordinator?
It's recommended to book a wedding planner at least 9-12 months in advance to allow ample time for planning and securing vendors. For a day-of coordinator, booking 2-3 months ahead is ideal, giving them time to review your plans and create a timeline. However, if your wedding is during peak season, it's best to reach out as early as possible to ensure availability for both services!
What is your planning process?
We will begin with a free consultation to understand your vision and decide which package is right for you. We will then begin meeting regularly to assist with all planning and day of needs!​​
Do you plan events other than weddings?
Yes, we do! In addition to weddings, we also specialize in planning baby showers, bridal showers, birthday parties, anniversary celebrations, and more. Whatever the occasion, we work closely with you to bring your vision to life, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully coordinated.
What is the difference between a wedding planner & a day of coordinator?
A wedding planner is involved throughout the entire planning process. In contrast, a day-of coordinator steps in closer to the wedding, ensuring everything runs smoothly on the big day. While the planner handles pre-event details, the coordinator focuses on executing the plan during the wedding itself.
